Roadsoft 2026.3 Setup File

This is the full Roadsoft installer including SQL Server Express. This installer is silent install compatible. It requires Windows 11 or newer.

PLEASE NOTE: All users connecting to a shared database must have their Roadsoft client updated to 2026.3 or newer.

 

Roadsoft 2026.3 Changelog
  • New Features:
    • Migration of Michigan centerline and linear referenced assets from v24 to v26.
    • Michigan Crash (2016 - 2024) data updated and migrated to v26. NOTE: 2025 crash will not be available until it is finalized by MDOT after May.
    • Michigan Bridges located to v26 centerline.
  • Dashboards:
    • Added additional Dashboard summaries to Bridge, Culvert, Guardrail, Guardrail, Sidewalk, and Sign Modules.
  • Project Builder:
    • Added map when adding/editing a project to display the segments selected for the project. This is also where users can add/remove segments in the project.
  • Road Filters:
    • Added Owner Agency field which indicates the owner of the road based on Act51.
  • Road Module:
    • Added Priority Weighting to Road Module to help prioritize segments in the Project Planner based on weighting criteria.
    • Federal Aid (Yes/No) field added to the module.
  • Sign Module:
    • Added Sign Functional Category to the sign inventory grid.

If you are running Roadsoft or LDC older than 2022.1, or your basemap is Michigan Framework Version 21 or earlier, do not install or update to the new version of Roadsoft. Contact Roadsoft technical support at roadsoft@mtu.edu.

Before Updating or Installing

  • Back up your data.
  • Prior to installing or updating Roadsoft/LDC, check your operating system version and SQL version for compatibility.
  • If you are in the middle of data collection, import any LDC or Roadsoft Mobile data into Roadsoft.
