AGENDA

1.) Call to order promptly at 10:00 AM

2.) Introduction to using the web conference tool (5 minutes)

3.) Additions to the agenda from participants

4.) Approval of the agenda

5.) Old Business (10 minutes)
Review of 2007 work plan and status of 2007 development

6.) New Business (40 minutes)
     User feature requests for the 2008 development:
          a) Allow users to create their own custom reports and data mining
          b) Integrate tracking for ADA compliance issues into current modules.
          c) Develop a right of way crossing layer for Rail/Bike/Snowmobile crossings
          d) Allow users to add in-house information (notes etc) to the current bridge module
          e) Enhance the ability to schedule future maintenance work (project program builder).
          f) Utility focus group - meet with users to discuss how other utilities (storm drain, sewer and water utilities)
            can be used as a modifier for pavement management decisions.
          g) Develop a way to report map changes to CGI with a markup tool.

Intermission Break (5 minutes)

User feature requests for the 2008 development CONTINUED (30 minutes)
          h) Improve the map interface, performance, and display characteristics
             I. Expand Legend functionality
             II. Zoom level data display
             III. Improve labeling of map
             IV. Expand layer display properties.
             V. Map Annotation
             VI. Measurement Tools
             VII. Improve map printing capability.
             VIII. Projection tool.
             IX. Improve integration between map, reports, and modules.
             X. Allow a map to be created and printed along with a report.

          i) Allow users to receive non-certified crash data on a monthly/quarterly basis
          j) Display additional crash data reporting fields in the crash module
          k) Enhancements to current modules
             I. Additions to the LDC
                *Pavement Markings
                *Intersection
                *Sidewalk
                *Traffic Signal
             II. Intersection Module focus group - meet with users to discuss how other attributes could be used
                to manage intersections.
                Such as:
                *Include a rating system
                *expand number of lanes functionality
                *Detailed point pavement markings
                *Integration with traffic signal
                *Integration with traffic counts, turning counts etc
             III. Split lane capability - Allow users to add multiple lanes to a segment with different surface types
                and/or PASER ratings.
             IV. Add purpose field (TAMC, Local, Inspection, etc.) to rating data collection.
             V. Numeric fields for lengths etc. in Sign and Culvert modules.
             VI. Open up lookup tables for users to add their own values.
          l) Transportation Plan Reporting focus group - meet with users to discuss what is needed to help them meet
             their reporting requirements such as TIP.
          m) Access Control focus group - meet with users to discuss how current RoadSoft
             functionality could be integrated into Access Control studies and programs.
          n) Expand work order system to other modules.

7.) User Discussion on other features or functionality (30 minutes)
Open floor for users to propose ideas which have not been discussed

8.) Training issues - what is needed for 2008 (10 minutes)
