“RoadSoft Users Group (RUG) Online Meeting”

DESCRIPTION:
The RoadSoft Users’ Group (RUG) meetings provide users with the opportunity to discuss the program with each other and with the developers, as well as to provide feedback and to influence development direction for future versions of RoadSoft. The May 28th meeting will take place via the web, and will cover topics including:

· The 2009 Development Plan – What’s being developed in RoadSoft this year?

· RoadSoft 6.9 Release – What’s new in RoadSoft?

· User Feedback and Input – What do you want to see in future versions of RoadSoft?

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
All RoadSoft users are encouraged to register for this meeting. If you are interested in RoadSoft’s development direction, be sure to attend.

TO REGISTER:
There is no cost to participate in the online RUG meeting; please register early. E-Mail your contact information (name, organization, and phone number) to ltap@mtu.edu or call Michigan LTAP at 906-487-2102.

TO PARTICIPATE:
This meeting is web-based, so you can participate from the comfort of your own office. All you will need is a computer with a high-speed Internet connection for the video portion of the presentation, and a phone for the audio portion. Detailed instructions will be provided to all those who register.
