Do you need to answer these kinds of questions from your constituents and bosses? Is there a way I can do analysis of actual bids to help me write a more accurate project estimate? The state’s bid letting data is nice to have, does it accurately reflect pricing in my area?

The Bid Entry & Analysis Utility allows the user to enter and analyze bids for Local Contracts.  Included are reports that summarize bid totals as well as compare item-by-item bids.  Analysis tools are also available that allow the user to view High Bid, Low Bid, Average Bid, and Std Deviation for each bid item in a contract.
